People & Recruiting Lead

About the role

The People & Recruiting Lead will shape and scale Tanso’s people function, ensuring the company attracts, develops and retains top talent while fostering a high‑performance culture. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate the business strategy into people initiatives that drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning, organizational design, role architecture and career frameworks aligned with Tanso’s growth objectives.
• Own end‑to‑end talent acquisition, create hiring plans, support hiring managers, and scale AI‑enhanced recruiting processes while strengthening the employer brand.
• Develop and maintain the total rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy, salary benchmarking, pay‑equity analysis and competitive benefits.
• Continuously improve performance and development frameworks, ensuring role clarity, manager enablement, career conversations and learning programs.
• Manage People Operations and HR systems, optimise HRIS and AI‑enabled tools, guarantee data reliability, seamless employee experiences, accurate payroll and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR or people functions in fast‑growing, technology‑driven companies.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into people initiatives.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of partnering with senior leaders.
• Data‑driven approach to people analytics and decision‑making.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, high‑performance culture.
