About the role

Join Bosch Sensortec's PreMaster Program and gain hands‑on experience in global supply chain management for semiconductor foundry and assembly. You will work on real‑world logistics challenges while preparing for a master’s degree.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier logistics across a worldwide network, coordinating components for outsourced assembly and foundry processes.
• Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement effective solutions.
• Utilise planning and analytics tools such as Blue Yonder and Power BI to optimise procurement and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams, OSAT subcontractors and foundry suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Support continuous improvement projects and the integration of new suppliers into the manufacturing network.

Required profile

• Analytical and proactive mindset with strong ownership.
• Confident communicator, team‑oriented and able to handle conflicts constructively.
• Structured, independent and solution‑focused working style.
• Willingness to work in interdisciplinary and international teams.

Required skills

• Experience with Blue Yonder planning software.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
