Product Manager, Agents

About the role

As a Product Manager for Agents at Peec AI you will own the agentic product surface, from the underlying harness to the user experience built around it. You will work closely with data scientists, AI engineers and frontend engineers to create proactive agents that act on customer data.

Key responsibilities

• Own the agentic product surface at Peec AI, from the harness itself to the experience built around it.
• Build agents that act proactively on customer data, collaborating with a pod of data scientists, AI engineers and a frontend engineer.
• Work directly with our largest agency and brand customers, building specific agents for a handful of them first and scaling to other users.
• Turn successful early‑customer implementations into a product that can be used by everyone.
• Maintain a high bar on interface quality.

Required profile

• Experience building an agent harness or proactive agentic system that acts on user data.
• Agent experience in a B2B or prosumer context.
• 3+ years building excellent software products, ideally at a fast‑moving startup.
• Hands‑on experience working alongside data scientists and AI engineers.
• Strong customer‑facing instincts and comfort scoping needs with large clients.
• High design and UI standards.
• Ability to operate with little direction and own an entire product surface.
• Willingness to work onsite in Berlin five days a week.
• Demonstrated agent projects (job, side‑project, university project or hackathon) that shipped and can be discussed.
