Product Manager – Global Services

About the role

You will own the development and scaling of next‑generation service offerings that turn one‑time energy installations into long‑term customer relationships and sustainable revenue streams. The role sits at the intersection of product, operations and commercial teams, driving profitability and retention across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for global service and recurring‑revenue portfolio, including warranty, maintenance, monitoring and digital services.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from market research and concept validation to rollout, optimisation and scaling across regions.
• Develop pricing structures and recurring‑revenue models that ensure predictable, profitable revenue while delivering strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, market operations and commercial teams to translate insights into scalable product solutions.
• Monitor KPIs such as adoption, margin performance and service quality, and identify levers to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management or business development, preferably in energy, technology or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of recurring‑revenue models, pricing mechanics and customer value creation.
• Proven ability to turn customer needs and operational insights into scalable product solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across functions and hierarchies.
• Entrepreneurial, structured and execution‑driven mindset with a passion for ownership.
• Fluent in English and German.
