Product Manager Westwing Collection

About the role

As a Product Manager for the Westwing Collection, you will own the full product lifecycle for assigned categories, shaping the assortment strategy and driving commercial performance. Based in Munich, you will work closely with Design, Buying and cross‑functional teams to create an inspiring, market‑leading portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute best‑in‑class assortment strategies based on market analysis and growth opportunities.
• Build a unique product portfolio in close alignment with Design and Buying teams.
• Maintain a healthy portfolio through proactive management and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Identify sales, merchandising and operational opportunities, using AI tools and automation to optimise performance.
• Collaborate with Buying, Design, Supply Chain, Product Quality and On‑site Merchandising to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in physical product management, consumer retail or business development.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Deep passion for interior design and home & living with an intuitive product sense.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled tools and automation for commercial optimisation.
