Product Merchandising Lead – Central Europe

About the role

We are seeking a Product Merchandising Lead to drive merchandising execution across Central European sales markets for H&M Group. The role bridges sales, supply planning and inventory optimisation to ensure product availability, balanced stock levels and strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for sales markets on merchandising, stock allocation and replenishment matters.
• Analyse sales, demand and inventory data to spot risks, opportunities and recommend actions.
• Support pricing, markdown, clearance and campaign decisions based on local competition, demand and stock position.
• Monitor supply‑demand alignment, share insights and propose corrective measures.
• Manage allocation and replenishment flows from warehouses to stores, including stock balancing and seasonal adjustments.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in product merchandising, retail planning, allocation, replenishment or commercial operations within retail, fashion or FMCG.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales, stock and demand data.
• Detail‑oriented and structured, with a focus on data accuracy.
• Clear communicator who can collaborate across markets and functions.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel
• Experience with Business Intelligence or reporting tools such as Power BI
