Product Support Manager – French Customer (H135/H145)

About the role

To steer current and future projects, Airbus Helicopters seeks a Product Support Manager for French‑speaking customers of the H135 and H145 helicopters. The role is based at the Donauwörth site, providing technical support and acting as the interface between Airbus Helicopters Germany and its customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the interface between Airbus Helicopters Germany and French‑speaking helicopter customers.
• Handle and respond to technical requests for the H135 & H145 to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
• Collect and analyse technical issues, propose product improvements, and manage customer complaints and quality issues.
• Manage operational incidents, including analysis, reporting and information collection.

Required profile

• Technical university degree (Bachelors or Masters) or equivalent engineering education.
• Several years of experience with the H135 & H145 family and knowledge of their systems and documentation.
• Extensive experience in customer relations and commercial aircraft operations.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented, independent working style with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English.

• Technical issue analysis and reporting.
