Project Coordinator – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support our international logistics and project cargo operations in Hamburg. The role offers hands‑on experience in planning, coordinating and monitoring complex transportation projects within a global network.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute operational transportation orders while monitoring delivery schedules and deadlines.
- Arrange and manage transport, warehousing and freight forwarding services through external providers and logistics partners.
- Track and support the movement of project cargo throughout the transportation process.
- Coordinate with international customers, suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and provide status updates to relevant parties.
Required profile
- Degree, ongoing studies or vocational training in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding or a related field.
- First practical experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
