About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support our international logistics and project cargo operations in Hamburg. The role offers hands‑on experience in planning, coordinating and monitoring complex transportation projects within a global network.

Key responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and execute operational transportation orders while monitoring delivery schedules and deadlines.
Arrange and manage transport, warehousing and freight forwarding services through external providers and logistics partners.
Track and support the movement of project cargo throughout the transportation process.
Coordinate with international customers, suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate shipment records and provide status updates to relevant parties.

Required profile

Degree, ongoing studies or vocational training in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Freight Forwarding or a related field.
First practical experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
