Project Manager – Industrial Projects (Saarbrücken)

About the role

Actemium, the VINCI Energies brand dedicated to industrial performance, is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial projects in Saarbrücken. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, primarily for automotive customers such as Audi.

Key responsibilities

• Manage industrial projects end‑to‑end, ensuring scope, schedule, cost and quality targets are met.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers and lead project meetings autonomously.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project performance, report progress to local management and provide technical support when needed.
• Contribute to technical activities such as preparing/modifying proposals, basic design tasks in AutoCAD, and on‑site customer visits.

Required profile

• Technical background (Engineering, Mechanics, Automation or similar).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment.
• Fluent German; English is a plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, hands‑on attitude with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, agile organization and embrace a decentralized, entrepreneurial culture.

Required skills

• Project management tools (MS Project or equivalent).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• AutoCAD knowledge.
