Project Manager – Interior Fit‑Out (Munich)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out and refurbishment projects for a growing construction specialist in Munich. You will oversee projects from planning through handover, ensuring high‑quality delivery within a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support work preparation, including tendering and procurement coordination.
• Develop and monitor detailed project and construction schedules with site and construction teams.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Manage construction activities to meet quality and timeline targets.
• Conduct project inspections, site acceptances, and final handovers.
• Assist with preparation and review of project billing and commercial documentation.
• Maintain clear communication across project teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Several years of experience delivering interior fit‑out, refurbishment or commercial construction projects.
• Experience with projects in existing buildings is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Fluent German; English skills desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Word.
• Experience using AVA software.
• Experience using ASTA Power Project.
