Property Project Manager – Real Estate Acquisition & Development

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and analytical Property Project Manager to lead acquisition, renovation and property management projects for our corporate and private real estate portfolio. The role covers sites in Bremen as well as international locations such as Singapore, Italy and Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor development and renovation projects from acquisition through completion.
• Search for and negotiate with contractors, track milestones and manage deliverables across multiple countries.
• Act as the central point of contact between the company, authorities, consultants and service providers.
• Prepare preliminary budgets, support internal approval processes and monitor expenditures, invoices and variations.
• Organise condition assessments, compile photo/video documentation and maintain digital records of property status.
• Research market prices, regulatory procedures and local standards to inform project decisions.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Experience managing complex, multi‑jurisdictional projects.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages such as Russian are a plus.
• Willingness to conduct on‑site visits when required.
