About the role

Join the vibrant team at 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin as a Purchasing Assistant. You will work a 4‑day week, helping to keep our storeroom organized and supporting the Food & Beverage (F&B) department with budgeting and project work.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure the storeroom remains orderly.
• Assist in preparing budgets and monitor purchase orders.
• Support various F&B projects and step in for colleagues during absences.
• Collaborate with the stores and other hotel departments to streamline procurement processes.

Required profile

• Professional experience in a similar purchasing or administrative role.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic about trying new approaches and taking initiative.
• Background in catering or hospitality is preferred.
