About the role

The 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin in Berlin is looking for a Purchasing Assistant (f/m/d) who will join a young, dynamic and open team in a relaxed atmosphere. The role combines purchasing tasks with support for food and beverage projects, and is offered on a 4-day workweek.

Key responsibilities

Manage inventories so they are kept under control and the storeroom stays tidy
Help draw up budgets and keep a close eye on orders
Support various F&B projects and step in when colleagues from F&B or stores are on leave

Required profile

Professional experience in a similar role
Able and organized, with good interpersonal skills
Enjoys trying new things and brings a positive character
