Regional HR Business Partner – Europe & LATAM

About the role

The Regional HR Business Partner (HRBP) will lead the Human Resources function across Europe and Latin America, aligning HR strategy with business objectives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This senior position drives recruitment, learning, performance, and engagement initiatives across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the HR budget for the region, monitoring expenditures and optimizing cost‑effectiveness.
• Oversee talent acquisition, ensuring a consistent candidate experience and leveraging market data to improve hiring practices.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training and development programs that build leadership capabilities.
• Lead performance management processes, partnering with managers to set expectations, conduct reviews, and identify high‑potential talent.
• Ensure HR policies comply with European and LATAM labor regulations and mitigate related risks.
• Drive organizational change initiatives, including role design and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Implement employee engagement and retention programs within budget constraints, using feedback and recognition strategies.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in a multi‑country environment and deep knowledge of EU and LATAM labor laws.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
