Regional Security Manager – Central Europe

About the role

The Regional Security Manager (RSM) leads physical security operations for a large, complex, global datacenter client across Central Europe. Reporting to the Regional Director of Security Operations, the RSM ensures that security policies, audit readiness, and physical security standards are consistently met or exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise Campus Security Managers and Site Security Managers across multiple locations.
• Maintain compliance with security policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Oversee security systems, support projects, and ensure day‑to‑day priorities are on track.
• Provide regular updates to client leadership and key stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, improve processes, and drive consistency across the security program.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, law‑enforcement agencies, and other Regional Security Managers to address challenges and shape long‑term strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, security, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate security, the military, law enforcement, or a similar environment.
• Proven ability to lead security teams in a fast‑moving, collaborative setting.
