Registered Nurse – Crisis Care (Day/Night)

About the role

Recovery Innovations is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join its Crisis team in Newark, Delaware. You will provide medical, psychiatric, and substance‑use care to individuals navigating recovery, working flexible day or night shifts as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate services with public and private health, mental health, and social agencies.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and family counseling.
• Supervise nursing care such as diabetes and blood‑pressure monitoring.
• Respond to crisis calls, perform urgent assessments, and intervene appropriately.
• Administer medication according to protocol and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, pharmacies, and laboratories to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.

Required profile

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state‑specific Registered Nurse license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication skills for advocacy and coordination with external agencies.
