About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) joins Baptist Health’s IHA Resource Team within the Med‑Surg department. Working rotating shifts, the RN provides safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care while applying the nursing process and Baptist Health training.

Key responsibilities

Deliver patient care using evidence‑based nursing practices.
Utilize critical thinking and clinical competence to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across campuses within a 30‑mile radius.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies.

Required profile

Active Registered Nurse license in good standing in Arkansas.
Minimum 18 months of RN experience, including at least one year in the specialty applied for.
BSN preferred.
Willingness to float between specialty units or campuses as needed.

Required skills

Current Healthcare CPR certification.
Ability to obtain ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS certifications (training provided).
