Remote Marketing Specialist (Contract)

About the role

Mercor connects elite talent with AI research labs and is seeking a remote Marketing Specialist to help document and translate sales and marketing workflows for frontier AI agents. This is a short‑term contract role paid by the hour, focused on a live, one‑hour consultation where you will walk through your day‑to‑day processes.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a paid 1‑hour live consultation with a Mercor researcher, narrating your sales and marketing workflows.
• Demonstrate CRM steps, outreach cadences, deal stages, campaign setups and related dashboards.
• Show files, decks, segment plans and multi‑app workflows that involve platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Salesloft and Tableau.
• Identify complex, multi‑step processes that can be used to benchmark AI agents.
• Optionally author follow‑on tasks that will form the basis for AI evaluation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑time experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management or marketing.
• Background as an Account Executive, SDR/BDR, Sales Manager, Customer Success or Demand Generation professional.
• Daily use of CRM, outreach, marketing automation and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication, able to explain workflows live.

What we offer

• Hourly rate between $50 and $90 (USD).
