Restaurant Listing Team Lead

About the role

Wolt is looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to head the Restaurant Listing team in Germany. You will be responsible for ensuring that merchants have high‑quality digital storefronts on the Wolt platform while driving operational excellence and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and motivate the local Restaurant Listing team, organizing workflows to maintain high performance.
• Oversee end‑to‑end menu creation and editing, guaranteeing fast, SLA‑driven onboarding with strong aesthetic and data‑accuracy standards.
• Drive content strategy and optimization by collaborating cross‑functionally to improve merchant engagement metrics.
• Act as the “Compliance Hero” for the market, ensuring all listings meet EU LMIV standards and maintain high compliance metrics.
• Initiate and own projects that improve efficiency and quality in menu management, such as automation and smarter feedback loops.
• Work closely with Account Management, Sales, Onboarding, Vendor Management, and Product teams to present the best possible offering.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a content or operations team.
• Experience driving process improvements and implementing effective digital workflow changes.
• Strong operational excellence, managing high‑volume queues while meeting strict SLAs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, onboarding metrics and conversion data.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset for complex menu structures and compliance challenges.
