Restaurant Onboarding Specialist

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Restaurant Onboarding Specialist to guide high‑profile restaurant partners through their first steps on the platform. You will be the primary contact during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the foundation for long‑term success.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for strategically important restaurant partners.
• Lead projects that improve onboarding efficiency, scalability and partner satisfaction.
• Train partners on Wolt tools, share best practices and ensure confidence from day one.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and account‑management teams for seamless handovers.
• Monitor early‑stage quality and satisfaction, proactively resolving issues.
• Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions.
• Maintain accurate, engaging venue content and visuals on the platform.
• Mentor newer onboarding colleagues and share knowledge.

Required profile

• Experience in onboarding, account management or partner‑facing operations, preferably with high‑value clients.
• Strong project‑management capabilities from planning to execution.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Data‑savvy with the ability to draw insights for decision‑making.
