Retail Merchandising Coordinator – Temporary (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Retail Merchandising Coordinator to join the PRADA team at our Munich head office on a temporary basis covering maternity leave. The role offers hands‑on experience in luxury fashion merchandising, supporting the management of product assortments and market analysis across Central Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Retail Merchandising Team in managing selected product categories for the Central Europe region.
• Prepare reports, statistics and analyses on market trends, competitors and product performance.
• Assist store staff with inquiries and maintain regular communication with stores.
• Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising to implement purchasing strategies and in‑store displays.
• Create presentations and evaluation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help organise and conduct product training sessions for store personnel.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role as a trainee or intern within a luxury retail environment.
• Degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in luxury fashion and awareness of industry trends.
• Fluent in English and German.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of SAP (advantageous).
