As a Retail Store Manager at Apple, you will lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to deliver the exceptional Apple experience to every customer. You will actively engage on the floor, model best practices, and ensure business priorities are met while fostering an inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and empower a high‑performing team to achieve performance and development goals.
• Recruit, train, and retain a diverse workforce.
• Participate in floor leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets and confidential information.
• Promote an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of diversity and respect.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights and weekends, in line with local laws.
• Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
