Retail Store Manager – Sales & Operations (Germany)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations, motivate a sales team, and deliver strong commercial results across multiple on‑site locations in Germany. The role is ideal for candidates with a solid background in retail sales, shop management, and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and ensure smooth performance.
• Lead, train, and motivate the retail sales team to meet targets.
• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor stock levels, product displays, pricing, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness, brand image, and compliance with health‑and‑safety policies.
• Manage cash handling, POS systems, reporting, and basic administration.
• Track KPIs and implement actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales, shop or store management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Good understanding of retail KPIs, sales targets, and customer service standards.
• Fluent German preferred; English is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work on‑site, including weekends or peak periods.
