Risk & Fraud Analyst – Remote

About the role

Over99.com is building one of the fastest‑growing crypto gaming platforms. As the player base expands, the company needs a dedicated Risk & Fraud Analyst to protect the platform, its users, and the payment ecosystem. This remote, operational role requires curiosity, attention to detail, and sound judgement.

Key responsibilities

• Review withdrawals that need manual risk assessment.
• Monitor suspicious accounts, payment and bonus abuse, gameplay anomalies, and provider alerts.
• Investigate payment‑related risks, including unusual deposit/withdrawal activity, duplicate methods, and ownership concerns across fiat and crypto.
• Support KYC investigations, reviewing failed or pending verifications and document inconsistencies.
• Conduct crypto investigations using wallet reviews, blockchain analysis, and funding source checks.
• Analyse player behaviour across accounts, wallets, devices, IPs, and payment methods to spot fraud patterns.
• Document investigation outcomes with clear evidence and rationale, and escalate high‑risk cases.
• Collaborate with Payments, Compliance, Product, VIP, and Customer Support teams.
• Participate in a 24/7 risk operations rotation, including weekends.

Required profile

• Previous experience in iGaming risk, fraud, payments, KYC, AML, or a similar operational environment.
• Hands‑on experience reviewing withdrawals, suspicious accounts, and fraud investigations.
• Strong understanding of iGaming fraud patterns such as multi‑accounting, bonus abuse, and payment abuse.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex cases and make evidence‑based decisions.

Required skills

• Familiarity with internal risk and admin tools.
• Experience with payment platforms, PSP back‑offices, and KYC/identity verification platforms.
• Knowledge of blockchain explorers and fraud detection tools.
• Proficiency with internal dashboards, reporting systems, and ticketing/case management tools.
