About the role

Join the energetic team at Big Mamma’s Edmondo restaurant in Hamburg as a Runner. You will be at the heart of the service, ensuring guests receive their food and drinks quickly while contributing to a lively Italian dining atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and with enthusiasm.
• Support a smooth service flow and assist the service team as needed.
• Set up tables before service and clear them after guests leave.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to coordinate orders.
• Learn about Italian products, wines, and cocktails to enhance guest experience.

Required profile

• Motivation to work in hospitality; prior gastronomy experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Fast, proactive, and a strong team player.
• High energy and enjoyment of hands‑on work.
• Passion for Italian food, people, and a positive vibe.
