About the role

As a Sales Assistant at Flabelus you will be the welcoming face of our boutique in Berlin, turning every customer visit into a memorable experience. You will combine a passion for fashion with proactive service to drive sales and keep the store running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets by applying management‑defined strategies.
• Provide warm, personalized service that reflects the brand’s values.
• Participate in team sales challenges and support colleagues to maintain a collaborative environment.
• Follow internal processes for daily operations, including stock organization and inventory control.
• Handle returns, online exchanges, and order follow‑ups.
• Complete store documentation such as Excel reports, incident logs, and stock tracking.
• Help maintain visual and operational standards of the boutique.
