Sales Development Representative – Spanish & Portuguese (Remote, Europe)

About the role
Hostaway is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive outbound growth in the Spanish‑ and Portuguese‑speaking market across Europe. This fully remote position will focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for the company’s AI‑powered vacation‑rental management platform.
Key responsibilities
- Research and target potential B2B SaaS clients in the European short‑term‑rental sector.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach and social selling.
- Qualify leads, understand prospect needs and present Hostaway’s value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and execute outreach campaigns.
- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
Required profile
- Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong cold‑calling and prospecting abilities.
- Highly motivated self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with strong interpersonal communication.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, and fluent English.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot).
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach or SalesLoft.
