Sales Hunter – Embedded & Digital (Automotive)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Hunter to drive new business acquisition for Embedded and Digital Engineering services within the automotive sector in Munich. The role focuses on identifying high‑potential customers, building a robust sales pipeline, and delivering revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with automotive clients.
• Actively hunt and acquire new customers in the Embedded & Digital space.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored engineering service solutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, including negotiations and contract finalisation.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster long‑term client relationships and drive account growth.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in Engineering or IT services.
• Proven track record in new‑business hunting and closing deals.
• Experience working with German or European automotive clients.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target‑driven mindset and ability to work independently.
