Sales Manager – 120k OTE, Open to Recent Graduates

About the role

We are looking for a commercially sharp Sales Manager to drive new business across the DACH region. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are outbound‑driven, enjoy building high‑value client relationships and can translate technical value propositions into compelling sales narratives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow verticals from scratch, targeting technical and engineering markets.
• Partner with strategists and talent partners to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle from initial contact to repeat business.
• Maintain consistent outbound activity with depth and credibility.
• Act as a trusted advisor using data and market insight.
• Identify new revenue streams within existing accounts.

Required profile

• Fluent German language skills.
• Commercially intelligent with strong analytical ability.
• Comfortable selling to senior leadership.
• Based in Munich.
