Sales Manager – RF & Microwave Technology (Germany – Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Sales Manager to drive new business and manage key customer relationships for high‑frequency RF and microwave components across Germany and the wider European market. The role combines consultative technical sales with strategic account development, supporting customers from specification through to design‑in and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in RF and microwave markets.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across Germany and Europe.
• Provide technical consultation to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop long‑term relationships with engineering, R&D and procurement teams.
• Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging applications.
• Feed market insights back to internal engineering and product development.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to craft technical proposals.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Communications or Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience in technical sales of electronic components or engineered technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of RF, microwave or high‑frequency technology (advantageous).
• Demonstrated ability to win new business and manage complex technical sales cycles.
• Consultative sales approach with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, structured and able to work independently.
