About the role
autarc is seeking an experienced Recruiter to help scale its Sales team during a period of rapid growth. The position can be taken on a short‑mid term freelance basis or evolve into a permanent full‑time role, depending on fit.
Key responsibilities
- Own the entire hiring cycle end‑to‑end for Sales positions.
- Maintain a clean and efficient ATS, preferably Personio, handling high volumes of applicants.
- Research market trends and headhunt top Sales talent.
- Collaborate with leadership and the Sales team to improve hiring efficiency and conversion rates.
- Engage candidates directly by phone and ensure a high‑touch recruitment experience.
- Absorb and apply autarc’s culture to identify the right fit for the organization.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruiter.
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment process independently.
- Strong understanding of the Sales landscape and a track record of hiring Sales professionals at scale.
- In‑house talent acquisition experience within a fast‑paced, high‑growth scale‑up.
- Preferably based in Berlin and fluent in German; multilingual candidates (French, Spanish, Italian, Polish) are a plus.
Required skills
- Personio (or similar ATS) proficiency.
