SAP ALM Project Manager – Lead Transformation Programs

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP ALM Project Manager to lead complex SAP transformation and optimisation programmes across Europe. You will act as the central interface between business units, IT teams, SAP specialists and external partners, ensuring successful delivery from strategy through go‑live and hypercare.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables and success criteria.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, report to senior stakeholders and steering committees, and drive decision‑making.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, align priorities and manage expectations of executive sponsors.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards.
• Coordinate testing activities, oversee defect resolution and manage user acceptance and transition.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of experience delivering or managing IT and SAP‑related projects.
• Proven experience in SAP implementation, migration, rollout or transformation environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to operate at the intersection of business and technology.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
