Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant – Berlin (SaaS)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a fast‑growing tech recruitment firm in Berlin. You will own the full recruitment cycle for SaaS positions across Germany, building strong client relationships and delivering high‑quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships within the German SaaS market.
• Design and execute business‑development strategies to win new accounts.
• Manage the end‑to‑end 360 recruitment process, from client acquisition to placement.
• Source, engage and qualify top SaaS talent using multiple channels.
• Maintain and grow candidate and client networks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
• Consistently meet and exceed billing targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of 360 recruitment experience (any sector).
• Proven business‑development and client‑relationship skills.
• Fluent German and English.
• Legal right to work in the EU.
• Commercially driven with a strong ownership mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and align with core values of integrity, teamwork, high standards and outcome ownership.
