Senior AI Product Engineer

About the role

Join our team and build the intelligent systems at the core of Cosuno's platform. You will work on generative AI, creating and improving LLM‑powered solutions that streamline the complex tendering workflow, and ship end‑to‑end features into our product.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance LLM‑powered systems that handle the tendering workflow.
• Own feature delivery from model/agent through API to the TypeScript front‑end, including backend services.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business problems into AI features.
• Maintain production AI with monitoring, alerting, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node.js – end‑to‑end web development is non‑negotiable.
• 5+ years of production‑grade Python experience with clean, well‑structured code.
• Proven track record of shipping AI‑powered features into a live web application.
• Deep hands‑on experience with LLM/agent systems, including RAG, tool use, multi‑step reasoning, and evaluations.
