Senior Area Sales Manager

About the role

As a Senior Area Sales Manager you will lead the expansion of Europe’s leading safety‑footwear brand in Germany. You will own a defined sales territory, build strategic partnerships with technical distributors and promote a complete portfolio of PPE solutions, including safety footwear, workwear and hand protection.

Key responsibilities

• Independently develop and manage your sales territory across multiple regions.
• Identify, acquire and nurture technical trade partners as strategic allies.
• Present and sell PPE solutions to key decision‑makers in the retail and distribution channels.
• Achieve sales targets and drive market share growth.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product and marketing teams.

Required profile

• Results‑oriented mindset with a proven track record in B2B sales.
• Strong ownership and ability to work autonomously.
• Ambitious, decisive and comfortable leading from the front.
• Experience in the PPE, safety footwear or related industrial sector is preferred.
