Senior C# Software Engineer – Industrial Automation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong C# expertise to join our industrial automation platform team. You will design, develop, and maintain high‑performance desktop applications that power customers’ automation systems. The role works closely with product managers and field engineers to turn real‑world requirements into reliable software.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve our industrial automation platform using C#.
• Improve stability, performance, and scalability as the platform expands to new customers.
• Investigate and resolve complex field issues, delivering lasting fixes.
• Collaborate with product and forward‑deployed engineers to translate customer needs into robust solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor teammates, and raise overall engineering quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong C# programming skills with experience in WPF or Avalonia and the MVVM pattern.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, clean‑code principles, and automated testing (unit and integration).
• Proven experience building industrial‑grade desktop applications.
• Excellent English communication skills.
