Senior Consumer Insights Manager (DACH)

About the role

Appinio is seeking a Senior Consumer Insights Manager for the DACH region. You will lead end‑to‑end market research projects, turning data into actionable stories that help clients become more customer‑centric.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a sparring partner for clients, advising on methodology, questionnaire design, and sample selection.
• Design and launch studies on the Appinio platform covering use cases such as usage & attitude, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff and conjoint.
• Interpret quantitative results, generate actionable recommendations and produce high‑quality reports with clear visualisations.
• Present insights to clients with a strong focus on storytelling and actionable next steps.
• Collaborate with Sales to scope new projects and with Product to integrate AI capabilities across the research workflow.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and contribute to the strategic development of the Research Consulting team.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience delivering full‑cycle market research and consulting for B2B clients.
• Deep knowledge of quantitative methods, statistics and sample design.
• Proven ability to create and adapt questionnaires for a variety of research techniques.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for turning data into compelling narratives.

Required skills

• PowerPoint or Google Slides for report creation.
• Quantitative analysis and statistical techniques.
• Experience with AI‑enhanced research tools.
