About the role
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who is fluent in French and English to join our Berlin team. In this hybrid position you will act as a trusted advisor for our most strategic white‑label partners, ensuring they achieve measurable business impact through our digital health solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic white‑label partners, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and technical teams.
- Drive partner success by understanding goals, managing risks, and delivering high adoption, retention, and renewal rates.
- Identify expansion opportunities and contribute directly to revenue targets through strategic account planning, QBRs, and executive‑level discussions.
- Lead complex partner topics, aligning internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to deliver solutions.
- Work on cross‑partner initiatives and scalable solutions that address common needs and improve efficiency.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar B2B SaaS role, managing complex or strategic accounts.
- Proven ability to own and grow key accounts, including renewals, expansions, and revenue forecasting.
- Native or near‑native French (C2) and strong professional English (C1+).
- Analytical, resilient, and focused approach with confidence communicating with senior decision‑makers.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
