Senior Engineer – Data Centre Project (High-Tech Construction)

About the Role

Join a leading international contractor for a landmark infrastructure project in the Frankfurt region. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of a state-of-the-art, multi-story data centre valued at approximately €100M, from the very early stages of construction.

Main Missions

• Manage and coordinate complex civil and structural engineering activities.
• Oversee technical submittals, RFIs, and rigorous plan control to ensure project accuracy.
• Coordinate site activities, including layout monitoring and subcontractor liaison.
• Collaborate closely with design teams, site management, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP and structural interfaces.
• Support project scheduling, work sequencing, and detailed progress reporting.
• Drive high standards of Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) and strict adherence to Health & Safety protocols.
• Assist in the handover process and prepare for the commissioning phase.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record as a Senior or Site Engineer on large-scale construction projects.
• Specific experience in Data Centres, mission-critical facilities, industrial, pharmaceutical, or large commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• EU passport or valid right to work in Europe is a significant advantage.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary: €80,000 - €90,000.
