About the role

The Senior Engineer – Product Quality will supervise product and process quality across the value stream, ensuring error‑free dispatch of products to external customers and plant‑to‑plant transfers.

Key responsibilities

Supervise product and process quality audits across the value stream and ensure error‑free dispatch to customers.
Release blocked or re‑qualified parts based on risk assessment and manage daily MIS reporting.
Participate in plant‑to‑plant supply meetings, conduct PPAP audits and drive corrective actions.
Lead team orientation, training and skill development for new and flexi‑manpower.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality or manufacturing environments.
Advanced knowledge of problem‑solving methods (8D, 5W) and preventive quality tools (FMEA, ISIR, PPAP).
