Senior Financial Analyst – Supply Chain (m/f/d)

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst BUF Supply Chain will act as a strategic finance partner for the EMEA Plan, Source and Supplier Engineering teams. The role ensures accurate financial reporting, leads budgeting and forecasting activities, and provides actionable insights to support the Heart Recovery supply chain organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Opex, Capex and inventory budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the supply chain area.
• Analyse cost‑center performance, develop commentary and influence decisions to meet targets.
• Manage purchase price variance analysis and drive corrective actions with procurement and operations.
• Oversee inventory controls, scrap analysis and GR/IR reconciliation to ensure month‑end accuracy.
• Support capital appropriation requests and maintain SOX compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills with ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; German language a plus.
