Senior Founding People & Talent Lead

About the role

You will build the People and Talent function from the ground up in a fast‑growing AI software company. Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will shape hiring, onboarding, and workforce development as the organization scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting, partnering with leaders to define role expectations and organisational design.
• Source and close exceptional candidates across functions, with a focus on early talent and critical hires.
• Design scalable hiring processes, analytics, and operating rhythms to enable fast, high‑quality hiring.
• Shape onboarding, performance calibration, career progression, and compensation benchmarking.
• Develop and promote an employer brand to attract top talent regionally and beyond.
• Build networks with universities and technical communities to grow the talent pipeline.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Talent, Performance, or organisational development at a high‑growth startup or scale‑up.
• End‑to‑end recruiting experience plus ability to design scalable processes and analytics.
• Strong storytelling and relationship‑building skills with a track record of sourcing senior candidates.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
