Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AI Agent Platform

About the role

Taktile is building an AI‑powered agent platform for financial services. As a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer on the Agent team you will create, ship, and improve both backend runtimes and frontend conversational experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship end‑to‑end features for the AI agent platform, including backend services in Python (FastAPI) on AWS serverless and frontend in React/TypeScript.
• Develop conversational copilot experiences such as chat UI components, streaming responses and human‑in‑the‑loop approvals.
• Improve agent runtime, tool orchestration and error handling.
• Own the full development lifecycle: scope, implement, test, release and iterate based on user feedback.
• Review pull requests, enhance test coverage, CI/CD and reliability.

Required profile

• Strong engineering fundamentals with a passion for simplicity and precision.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Prior experience building full‑stack web applications (not entry‑level).
• Willingness to participate in daytime ops duties and eventual on‑call rotation.
