Senior Go‑to‑Market Recruiter (EMEA)

About the role

Everpure is reshaping data storage and seeks a Senior Go‑to‑Market Recruiter to act as a strategic talent architect for its high‑performing commercial organisation across the EMEA region. You will partner directly with the Germany & Austria Country Manager and Sales Regional Leaders to own full‑cycle hiring for critical commercial positions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute data‑driven, full‑cycle recruiting strategies for the Sales organization, aligning role outcomes with Everpure’s growth objectives.
• Proactively source and engage diverse talent pools, collaborating with the central sourcing team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Leverage funnel and market data to identify bottlenecks, advise hiring teams, and improve speed and quality of hires.
• Champion internal mobility and referral programs, coach managers and employees, and maintain accurate ATS data for compliance and reporting.
• Work primarily on‑site in accordance with Everpure’s office policies.

Required profile

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and German.
• Deep knowledge of the DACH talent landscape, local hiring legislation, and proven experience advising commercial sales leaders.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders using market intelligence and funnel analytics.
• Expertise in multi‑channel sourcing and navigating complex sales compensation models.
• Strong operational discipline managing multiple high‑bar sales requisitions with structured interview frameworks.
