Senior International B2B Account Manager

About the role

As a Senior International B2B Account Manager you will shape Westwing’s B2B sales strategy and drive growth across European markets. Based in Munich (with hybrid flexibility), you will acquire new architectural and design clients, manage the full sales cycle and collaborate with senior leadership to expand the company’s design business.

Key responsibilities

• Build and grow the B2B customer segment by establishing relationships with architects, interior designers and project developers.
• Lead the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing—using data‑driven and AI‑supported tools.
• Develop and scale large‑scale B2B projects, defining internal processes for the architecture and design business.
• Implement retention and upselling initiatives while monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Represent Westwing at professional events, conferences and trade fairs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business development or account management experience in B2B furniture, home‑living or design.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Established network within the European design community.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Fluent English and strong written/spoken Spanish and/or French; additional languages a plus.
