Senior iOS Developer – Mobile Platform Architecture

About the role

Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Senior iOS Developer to shape the architectural foundation of its mobile platform. You will work on scalable, modular solutions that empower multiple cross‑functional teams to deliver features efficiently and sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Drive modularization and evolve a scalable iOS architecture.
• Define, implement, and refine technical standards and architectural guidelines.
• Improve CI/CD reliability, build performance, and release processes.
• Strengthen testing strategy and establish quality foundations across teams.
• Enhance app stability, performance, and overall technical health.
• Review and guide critical architectural decisions across multiple teams.
• Strategically reduce technical debt while enabling product teams through platform improvements.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in Swift with experience on large‑scale production apps.
• Deep understanding of modular architecture and scalable app structures.
• Hands‑on experience with Clean Architecture, MVVM or similar patterns.
• Knowledge of modern concurrency concepts and iOS memory management.
• Solid experience with unit testing and improving test coverage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
• Effective collaboration across teams and strong debugging and performance‑optimization skills.
