Senior IT Administrator

About the role

Vay is scaling its driverless mobility platform and needs a hands‑on Senior IT Administrator to own and expand internal IT operations. You will support every department by managing tools, devices, user accounts and automation, ensuring the technology backbone runs smoothly as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain software and hardware across the organization.
• Manage internal network services and a suite of technology tools.
• Set up and administer user accounts, especially in Google Workspace and Atlassian products.
• Automate IT processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Provide first‑line helpdesk support, resolving desktop, application and equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date IT documentation, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in IT administration, support or help‑desk roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Workspace, Atlassian or similar administration platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS system administration.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to design and implement automation for routine tasks.
