Senior Legal Counsel – Remote (Germany/Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our EMEA Legal team and support sales activities across Germany and Switzerland. This remote position offers the chance to work with a leading global technology company, handling complex commercial agreements and providing strategic legal advice.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft product sales, software licensing, and services agreements with major B2B customers, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements.
• Advise on data protection, privacy, and security matters in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Act as a trusted legal advisor to Sales leadership, Finance, and Government Affairs.
• Contribute legal expertise to cross‑functional initiatives and projects.
• Deliver training and presentations on compliance and regulatory topics.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and German; French is a plus.
• 5‑8+ years of experience in commercial and corporate law, preferably from a leading law firm or an international company.
• Strong judgment on legal and regulatory matters in an international business environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience negotiating technology contracts, including software licensing, cloud/SaaS, IP, and data protection.
