Senior Lifecycle & Retention Manager

About the role

Cosuno is a B2B marketplace for the construction industry. As Senior Lifecycle & Retention Manager you will design and run the growth engine that turns new users into active, paying and retained customers, while moving the team toward an AI‑native, signal‑driven system.

Key responsibilities

• Build CRM programmes and lifecycle journeys that drive adoption, conversion and repeat tendering for both subcontractors and construction companies.
• Develop an agentic, signal‑driven system that converts behavioural data, call insights and enrichment signals into personalised next‑best‑action triggers.
• Design and execute A/B tests and hold‑out experiments to measure incremental impact.
• Scale successful experiments into repeatable, automated processes and integrate them with Sales and Customer Success hand‑offs.
• Orchestrate email, in‑app, transactional communications and marketplace recommendations as a unified journey with Product.

Required profile

• Proven experience owning CRM, lifecycle, retention or growth programmes in B2B SaaS or two‑sided marketplaces.
• Demonstrated impact on conversion, activation or retention metrics and strong data‑driven decision making.
• Hands‑on experience building AI‑driven automation or agentic CRM systems.
• Ability to write and run SQL queries independently.
• Fluent in German and English, with a collaborative mindset across Product, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering.
